  • This work was held as a dissertation thesis for my degree studies in physics. The development of the work was materialized in the engineering department of the University Degli Studi del Sannio in Benevento, Italy, during the summer semester of the academic year 2005 – 2006, in the framework of the Socrates – Erasmus program. It deals with all the stages of a device’s development, with which a traditional optics experiment, concerning the polarization of the light, can be hold, through the internet. The user can control, observe and take measurements trough his computer, while the actual experiment is taking place at the same time in the LESIM Laboratory fully controlled from distance
